As my mind receives a daily workout from life’s events, I give my body the physical workout it deserves.
I am determined to build a fit mind and a fit body. I realize that I only have one physical body, so I am determined to take care of it the best way I can. There are no shortcuts or “cheats” to having a healthy mind and body. The only way I will reach my goals and experience success is to do it the right way.
My body and mind work together, so how I think definitely affects how I feel, and vice versa. Therefore, I will exercise my mind and keep my focus on positive thoughts and emotions.
I am in charge of my own destiny. It is up to me whether I arrive at my desired destination. The choices I make and the attitudes I display today are shaping my future. Success is mine because I focus and only allow my mind to see triumph in my future.
My actions are like seeds planted in the ground – full of promise and potential; if I want to reap a harvest of good, I must continually sow positive seeds. In my past, I may have sown some negative seeds, but I am now choosing to weed out the negative from my garden and start fresh.
Fear is a natural and healthy feeling that is necessary to survival as a human being. Instead of shrinking in the face of fear, I use it to build up my courage. Fear makes it possible for me to experience the bravery stored inside of me.
Courage is taking action in the midst of fear. My courage propels me beyond my fears and into a place where my dreams will true. Because through my courage, my heart explodes with brave, daring hope.
